We do everything we can to ensure our product images are as clear and accurate as possible. Our dedicated in-house team carefully photographs every item to reflect true colours, textures, and finishes. While we strive for 100% accuracy, screen settings and device resolutions can vary — which may affect how colours appear.
That’s why we always recommend ordering a FREE fabric sample before making your final decision. It’s the best way to see the material in your own space and ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
For all of our made-to-measure curtains, we recommend dry clean only to preserve the fabric quality, colour, and finish.
For Roman blinds, we advise against dry cleaning or any water/solvent-based cleaning methods. This is because the internal cords and rods used in their construction can be damaged by moisture or solvents.
Instead, we recommend regular gentle dusting or vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to keep your blinds clean and looking their best.
